How to Block Facebook Event Invitations

Do you repeatedly get invited by Facebook Friends to events that don’t interest you? Well, I’ve found the solution. You can block invites without defriending someone.

Alex James Brown provided the answer.

  • Click in the Upper Right Hand Corner of any Facebook page on Account.
  • Click on Privacy Settings.
  • In the middle of the bottom of that page is a section called Block Lists – Click on Edit Lists.
  • The third section is Block Event Invites
  • Put in the names of people you’d like to block.
