    Some interesting takeaways:

      Three types of consumers can connect with your brand – Cheerleaders, Loyalists, Opportunists and one kind you can’t connect with – Outsiders

        Women – 25% are Cheerleaders, 20% Loyalists, 38% Opportunists and 17% Outsiders

        Men – 23% Cheerleader, 16% Loyalists, 39% Opportunists and 22% Outsiders
      How Do You Connect with various types?
        Cheerleaders – are 2X more likely to think that brands that share online are more trustworthy. 75% of cheerleaders will share the products they like with 3 friends or more.
        Loyalists – Stay committed to a brand once they find it. 46% will pay more for brands they trust. 71% write reviews about products they like.
        Opportunists – Want to know What is in it for me? Price sensitive. Want discounts and vouchers. Like Contests and competition.
